Im having a dilemma that i cant get my head round without damaging the insulator. Its been on here for a little while. and i think the gasket maker has done its job, al little too well. I cant for the life of me get this thing off without breaking it. And i need it off to measure up for the other manifold and plenum. Its only the 12mm one. So not to much room to play with. And i cant really find a prying area.
How would you go about it?
Thanks.
Try slide a blade in slowly, and slice along the sealant.

Have tried that, its not really fitting between it. Im using a surgical scalp blade too.
keep trying...

Im doing that between posting.
Not sure if this will work but it's just a suggestion.
Drive around abit till the car gets warm Which will make the silicone easier to cut into.
But don't burn ur self wear gloves or sumthing.
Shuldnt get too hot with the insulators anyway. Lol
Keep u's updated.

Cheers guys. With the aid of a brake pad spreader i managed to wedge it up.
Holy crap. Just went for a drive. I regret taking them out nowGutless stock piece of crap.
So in saying that, the pair of 12mm insulator and spacer do give you noticeable power.
