how to clean MAF sensor ???

Hi does any1 know the best way to go about cleaning the maf sensor on a Vs Ecotec, and any other sensors I should check/clean? I'm thinking just give it a spray with crc but??????

You just need to make sure the product you use doesn't leave any oily/silicon residue on the element. A few brands on the market do make a specific maf sensor and throttle body cleaner in an aerosol can. If you're unsure of the suitability of what you have, go with this to be sure.

crc make a maf cleaner so im sure it would be safe to use that CRC MAF Sensor Cleaner | Protect and clean Mass Air Flow Sensor

jaycar have something similar just check with them first if its safe to use on a maf Electronic Circuit Board Cleaner Spray Can - Jaycar Electronics
