vr five litre hard to start when cold

hmmm scratching head need help here vr five litre runs rough when cold ,runs better when warm but still losing power under load ive replaced a lot of stuff new fuel pump an fuel filter ,ingnition mod , plugs leads dizzy ,starting to think maybe injectors or fuel presure reg , i put new plugs in last week tuned it still hard to start but when warm the idle sounded way better but still loosing power ,after a week of driving the idle sounds crapy again like fouled plugs or somthing ,could it be injectors or fuel presure reg ,only mods to this engine are 185 chip done by hsv an pacemaker headers .any help would be much apreciated

check fuel pressuer it sounds like you could have low fuel pressuer

ive also noticed when i shut the engine off sounds like fuels being squirted back in to the tank

Check spark plug gap, and if you havnt had the injectors rebuilt in the last 70k then get them done.
