Hi guys i have been searching threw all the vs manual forums on this site lately and im just waiting for my tax money to come back to purchase a manual conversion , iv read a lot of forums saying that i can and i cant fit a t5 to a series one vs auto crank because the dowel has no holes pre drilled to go into the crank my question is can i just bolt the flywheel to the crank without the dowels and just use lock tight on the bolts or will the flywheel eventually come loose, also i can get my hands on a getrag conversion but same story will the getrag bolt up to a series 1 auto ,sorry for making yet another forum about a manual conversion i just want to know this before i even bother buying the conversion cheers guys.
