Hi,
I need to know if a VR ute exhaust will fit on a VS non-IRS sedan?? Reason I ask is I have a mate that stacked his Ute and I want to grab his 2.5" Exhaust...

first off USE THE SEARCH BUTTON, im pretty sure it wont bolt straight up, the utes and sedans have different floor pan designs with fuel tanks and such in different locations.

Long answer, absolutely not.
Ute is longer, and the VR is a completely different exhaust to the VS. The cat is in a different spot, the flange on the rear of the cat is different and the rear pipe over the axle is different from utes to sedans.
If you are handy with a welder you absolutely can make it fit.

You would need to be handy with a welder, a grinder and have a good eye for fabrication, because they are totally different.
Bit like modifying a Falcon exhaust to fit on a Volvo.
