how to remove the ignition barrel ???? need help asap

i brought a good second hand barrel and key how do i remove the old barrel and some times it still dont start after about ten times it will but i have all the power would it be a relay and if so witch one ??

I think there are a few threads on how to remove ignition barrel. Have a quick search. It's pretty easy to do though
