why heater has no heat AND why air cond fan switch and wire get hot when turn on?!?!?

i just need to help!

why heater has no heat to come out? i already have put on new thermostat and new heater cord??!

and also i have other problem

why air cond fan switch and wire get hot when turn on? it blew up fuse and stuffed up the switch i changed 5 times already and find whats the problems!

its holden vs ute! i hope u have any ideas about it.... its stessed me out latley!

Does the switch get hot on all the fan speeds, even high?

Maybe the heater tap in the engine compartment is not opening.

yep all fan speeds! only turn it off normal fan its works but air con keep blew up the fuse and switch! no heat at all!

and its brand new heater tap! i just got it a month ago! so?
