I can't start the engine.
I've had guys check everything, and replace everything like sensors, fuel rail & Injectors, Fuel Pump, ECU.
It's getting Fuel and Spark, but the Injectors aren't working.
Auto Elec said he's never seen this before.
Any help would be awesome.
I have done the same Do I Have to Worry About Timing When Replacing VS Heads???

Sounds like the immobiliser, how old is your key? If your key is old it may not be contacting it properly...
Not sure about all VS's but with mine, once you unlock it with the car, the interior light stays on for a set time then switches off. During that time you can start the car with ONLY a key (not keyhead etc), so if your key is playing up try starting it that way.

The ECU sends a earth signals to the injectors. Could be the actual ECU or the factory immobilizer.
Also the injectors should have constant power on one wire when the IGN is on this power is supplied by the EFI relay.
So check the EFI relay and fuse.
Also check for codes bridge pins 5&6.

Does the security LED go out when the ignition is turned on?
Does the auto elec have a scan tool?

They've said it's not the key head, tried reprogramming the BCM
It's a secondhand auto box, and reco heads
Not sure about LED, but it has been scanned
No it ran and drove around the workshop for a while i.e moving it for space for other cars

Well if there is no injector trigger and everything else checks out i would be incline to go with the ECU as i mentioned above.
Has the Ecu got wet anytime did someone spill a drink or has any sort of moisture been exposed to the Ecu?

May i ask how did the ECU get checked.
If the ECU is ok And you are not getting injector trigger maybe there is a open circuit between the injectors and the ecu wiring.
You need to check continuty from ecu to injector wire with a multimeter.Are all the injectors not triggering?

I refuse to believe any quality auto electrician couldnt work out why your car wouldnt start. Get your money back from the first one, and next time go to one who knows what he is doing.
