    Default Vs turbo conversion manual to auto

    Well its like this .last week my partner got the vs running absolutly beautiful, chirpin first second and yeah the male things in a car lol.anyways after this he was driving normally out of the woolworths car park and the next thing you no the tailshaft spat away from the gearbox and the gear box shifted and he was left with just the gear knob in his hand. because of this we have just done an auto conversion,, went to wind it over it wound over but didnt start, had reds and then smelt something burning it was the power cable to the battery, so he unhooked the cable and rewired it tried to start it and nothing as the main engine fuse was blowen so he changed that and still nothing except the hazards stay on now and there is no reds at all, the car has a vt motor and box and currently unsure on what computer it is as we picked it up from the wreckers and the lacky we have cant remember wich car he got it from could this be the problem???????????????????????? i need him to fix my car toooooo please help

    Dose any one no why it would be blowing the engine fuse when gearing down to first

    How do you manage to spit a tail shaft from a gearbox when its atatched to the diff while driving 10kph in a Woolies car park?

    Been watching too much Tokyo Drift I think.....

    HAHA GOOD ON YA BUDDY aint been watching shit lol so my partner thrashes the #### out of it it wasnt just the tailshaft that spat the whole gear box shifted to the drivers side of the car ####s me how he done it but he only had the gear knob in his hand when he came to a stop,, the gear changer was wrapped under the car,, our mate also can not understand how it happened ........

    bellhousing bolts left loose? or the front u joint on the driveshaft locked up, perhaps? or the center bearing not secure?

    Did they not find the problem when they pulled the old g/box out?
