id have a guess at saying they were polished... dont think they would rust though

i had chrome plated steel 15x6 stockies (took forever to find a set) they dont rust unless you dont look after them but they didnt look as good as i thought they would on my car, hence getting rid of mine.

AS VNice said.. Chrome caps & rings will look as good, as well as be lots cheaper
