removing seats from a vq

How on earth do I remove the rear head rests from a vq caprice to get the back part of the seat off?

I though the seat just slides up when the 2 bolts on the bottom have been removed. That is if your talking about the rear seat??

There are 2 clips on each headrest you have to remove first where they slide in they can be hard to find
