vs calais odometer not working & heater controls no lights

Pls help.
My odometer does not show up, sometimes it may show 2 little lines where the numbers should be then other times nothing at all.

And also the display panel for the A/C, heater/ climate control does not illuminate nor does the stereo LCD illuminate, which is a pain. Please Help!!

You have the dash with 3 lcd screens right? are they all not showing anything, or just the right hand one (odometer) is dead?

The A/C panel doesn't illuminate, but does it work? Is everything readable, just not backlit?
The stereo LCD, the same. Is it readable, just not lit?

Not knowing a terrible lot about the electronics of the dash cluster, but it seems to me it may be a problem with the cluster. The others, if they work but are just not getting any light, are probably just not getting a signal from the cluster to tell them the lights are on... I assume you have tried the dash lights dimmer too, of course that could turn off the lights to stereo and AC.

Yes it is the one with 3 lcd displays, no none of them are displaying anything, they only light up.

And the a/c & the stereo does work and yeah it is just the back lighting that isnt working. I have checked the dimmer but nope that isnt the problem.
I was just wondering if this was a common problem with these models & can anyone suggest an easy fix for this.
Any info would be greatly appreciated.
