VS Equipe high beam problem
I've got a problem with my high beam, it stays on even when it isn't switched on, you can fiddle with it (pull the lever back a bit, sometimes you can get it to sit right but the second you indicate its ####ed again) and it turns off, but overall flashing everyone that goes past while im trying to fix it isn't enjoyable..
Anyone know how to fix this?

Just sounds like the whole stalk needs replacing. Just buy a brand new one and replace it man, everyone loves a new stalk

As above, the indicator stalk needs replacing - this is fairly common. New from Ebay they are about $60, from wreckers about $20.
