Dash lighting.

My Vr dash lights stopped working the other day. I don't know why. Allthe lights including the auto trans lights. But the headlights still work. I checked the fuse under The dash but it's fine. Do they have a relay in the engine bay fuse box?

Have you pulled the dash recently, or fitted a new headunit. If so, you may have knocked a connector. There is no relay that I know of, just the 5 amp fuse....make sure you checked the right on, also sometimes they look OK but are stuffed.

The dash lights work with the park and tail lights. Are they working? Headlights will work even if the park lights aren't working. Would be looking for a blown fuse most likely, be the one for park lights.

Thanks guys turned out my lighter had a wire loose and causing it to short out. But I took the 2 rear blinker housings off as well. They are currently taped up to avoid shorts because I was on my way to Sydney. Now all my lights are being temperamental they work at times then don't. I'm gonna get 2 new rear looms and see if that fixes that
