prob, after reinstalling running gear. pls help

...... pls help... bought a vr s2 commo for 200. had a few probs... long story cut short , re installed original box and motor after fixing leak in bottom end. got it all fitted up, and tried to start the thing, it windes over but wont start, so i did fault code test, got 13. and 31. o2 sensor and anti theft thingo. well i noticed when i put key in and open acc the red light in the anti theft module still blinks, try to kick over still blinks. i press button on key as i am kickin ova and she stops blinkin, but wont start. pls help

Turn the key to the accessories and leave it for 45 mins, then try to start it. If it start then could be an issue with your bcm, maybe you knocked a wire or maybe it is a fault with the BCM

Turning the key to the accessories won't help. You need to turn the key to IGNITION and leave on for at least 45 mins to reset the theft deterrent system. Apparently some VS models need to have their ignition on for two hours to reset.
