    Default manual v8 computer?

    Hey guys, a mate of mine is changing his vs ss ute from auto to manual. Just making sure but will he need a v8 manual computer??

    if it's series 3 just get a manual memcal, if it's 1 or 2 then yes change pcm as the 424 is auto only pcm, manual pcm's are hard to find and worth $$$ so maybe easier to get a 808 and add a sxr emulator to it.

    Vs auto looms are different to the manual ones tho. I have tries to put a manual.ecu into mine.and the plugs dont clip in properly due to the locators are in different spots
