Rebuilding my 304 Vs motor and was wondering about putting a carby style manifold on top and running the standard "bananna manifold" throttle body on the carby manifold with a adapter plate?
Has anyone done anything the same?
Il be upgrading to larger t/body

Also those Holley Style throttle body's I imagine u need a tune after fitment?

I'm only doing a rebuild of the standard motor
But il be shaving the heads and putting hsv standard replacement cam I'm for now so I don't need a tune the motor will be worked alot more later on (solid cam etc full treatment)
