Where to get white walls in Sydney?

Not really specific to VR and VS commodores, but where would I go to get my tyres white walled in Sydney?
What kind of price would I be looking at?

Iv'e heard you cant use tyre spray once you get them done, true?

Last time we had it done, which was for a 1960's plymouth, we just had the local paint shop paint, just needed some special stretchy paint or something. As for cost or where I couldn't help sorry.
