vs- fan blowing only on feet after cd player install...help..

hey i fitted a cd player to vs exec today and now the fan only blowing on feet, ive checked the black and yellow conectors in drivers foot well and checked the connector on back of switch is on nice and tight...any ideas on what i may have broken or knocked off, first time working on a vs commodore..thanks in advance!

Vacuum line on back of HVAC unit, put it on properly.

or one of the pipes that direct the air has been knocked off i had the same problem after a stereo install.

sorry to sounds dumb mate but where exactly is the hvac?? are you talking the multi connector behind the switch??

ok so ive checked all connectors including the clear one above the cad player and all lines seems to be installed properly...could i have damaged my switch during the install?? funny thing is all the fan speeds work but still blows on feet only..starting to get frustrated..please any vs or vr gurus out there throw me any advice would be greatly appreciated.

hvac is your heater and a/c control box mate!

cheers nathan...where is it located?? still trying to work out how the heck ive dislodged or moved something installing a cd player, done it in many many cars and this time has been a disater!!

problem solved thank you very much fellas you saved much swearing and cursing!! now to just fix the drivers door lock and rear struts and my bargin wagon is on the road!!
