Steering rack
Hi,have had a noise comming from front end/steering for a while,decided to check,it looks like the guy who put in my starter motor didnt do up the steering rack bolts,well one anyway!,the bolt nearest the drivers side is still in but it has no nut on it,unbelievably the bolt head faces downwards and hasent fallen out yet!,ive got another nut but for the life of me cant get at the bolt to refit it, anybody got any ideas?,thanks

The workshop manual shows a socket being used on the bolt and a ring spanner on the nut (starter motor side) ....plenty of room in the illustration....haven't looked at my car but seems simple????....maybe raise the engine a bit to fit nut???...use jack and a lump of wood to avoid breaking alloy sump.
