Hi guys, I am currently in need of an oil sump gasket replacement.. Can anyone point me in the right direction as to which bolts need to be undone on the cross member and p/s rack ?? (pics would be great). I am also aware that I need to lift the engine with a crane to get the sump off..Any help would be appreciated..
i did mine the dodgy way i made a brace that sits over the strut towers then a ratchet strap to support the motor to the brace then dropped the k frame there is 4 bolts holding the k frame to the rails 2 bolts that hold the power steering rack to the k frame there is a couple other bolts ull have to undo and ull have to take the shroud off thats under the converter ummmmmmmmmmm and its a pain in the ass job but MUCH cheaper then a workshop i did my timing cover at same time when i did mine a while ago when i had the 304
