Legality of aftermarket lighting

Hey guys in the process of doing up my vs i figured i would as i got a new engine dropped in but i would also like to install some aftermarket lighting. just wanna know if it's legal in queensland and victoria as i'll be moving there soon. Im not talking about stupid neons and shit just coloured parker lights and coloured number Plate lights. I'm aware you can get white (clear) lights but i want coloured ones. Just wanna know if they're legal or not.

Illegal in QLD.

Can't be blue or red in NSW for any exterior lights
apart from brake lights which are red
White for headlights and reverse lights
Amber for indicator lights.

Interior lights are legal though any colour (to my knowledge) and i got some hooked up to my roof light, a green neon under my steering wheel and blue parkers on the front ( I know they're illegal but they look cool)

Coloured parker r illegal in victoria

Def illegal in QLD as I tried to register mine when I lived on GC with blue parkers and it didn't pass.
