help with vs ss

hi all new to the site ive got a 97 vs ss and im having trouble with my battery light and air bag light intermitently comes on and off has anyone else come across this

Welcome, battery light may be voltage regulator on the back of the alternator, air bag light intermittently could possibly be a loose connection but you'll have to take it to a shop with the comp interface to get the light turned off.

+1 for voltage regulator. Get this replaced first and see if this also solves your airbag problem. Voltage regulator is cheap and easy to replace. Just make sure you disconnect the battery earth terminal first before you try and replace it.
