I'll edit my post once I've watched it and give you my opinion on it.

It would be the starter motor or a bad battery
run a jump lead from you batt (-)to your motor cause my vr wagon did the same thing its might be the earth lead
Sounds like a flat battery - check by turning your headlights on - if yellow then it's a dead battery.

The battery is still flat... Its just holding a little bit more charge then in the first vid... Replace the Battery and your problem will be fixed.
Don't rely on this battery to be jumped and to hold charge....
After all, the alternator might be bad....
So borrow a mates battery and chuck it in and give it a turn over... If it starts (which it will) have a look at the dash for the battery light.. If its lit u then you will need to replace the regulator in the alternator or the entire alternator itself....
If there isn't a battery light on the your up for a new battery..
Looks like the alternater is stuffed as it was not moving.
Yep as above, I'd say your alternator has seized up have seen a couple of VS's do it as well.

Yes I know, if you get anymore manly you are in danger of making yourself pregnant!
Try soaking the alternator in WD-40 or silicon spray and see if you can get a socket on the alternator pulley and try to get it spinning again?
I'd just take off the serpent belt and fire it up, see how that goes?

thanks for the info. I have but a new battery in the car and it still did not work so am going to try the alternator.
if I was to put a new and fully charge battery in the car do you think that would start the car?
Yeah but if the alternator is shot the battery won't recharge and will only last a few days before it dies...
ok I but a new battery in the car and it just dose the same think. It wont start. so can it still be the alternator?
Id be taking the belt right off the car and then turning the car over. By removing the belt it wont have tension on the alternator that appears to be seized.
There is a pulley (the one that is moving left to right in your video) you place a spanner on and pull it down to the left (no to undo the bolt just to swing the belt tensioner) it loosens the tension of the belt making it possible to remove it.
If the car starts and runs fine then you know yo gotta replace the alternator or a water pump maybe.. Either one, I doubt both....
