heater problem

Heater air flow not coming out where the dial says eg windscreen ,face ,only seems to come out at feet no matter where dial is ,there is a plastic hose come loose under dash near heater thats hissing.will have to pull out console to have a look.any ideas.cheers

The air direction controls work on vacuum. If a line has come off its not going to work properly lol. Connect it back up.
