vs with rapptor super charger miss firering under med throttle.

Hi guys ,
i have a vs series 2 lots of work done to engine bored 60tho bottomend balanced and blueprinted yellow terra heads over sized
valves 90mm throttlebody and a rapptor supercharger.My q is when running at med throttle it missfires and carries on like a grummpy old goat
idle and full its a dream .just wondering if the reason is because its not interccoled .Would this have anything to do with it

any help would be awsome.

Has it been properly tuned for the supercharger?

yes it has ive had it dynoed they couldnt find a problem i gave up taking to them .i have noticed on a long drive which for me is to the shops it seems to get hot
changed thermo,thermorstat,checked for leaks all the above i thought it may be cause the fuel may be hot .(that youst to happen with my super charged vk ).
anything else you could think of

Sounds like its knocking. Disconnect the knock sensor wire on the ECU end and see if it makes a difference. Only do it ONCE! If it feels like its running right with the knocks off put it straight back on and get it fixed. The timing is advanced too far.

If its not knock gap your plugs to 1mm.
