vs tight auto selector.

Hey guys ive got a vs auto and its quite stiff when taking it from park to reverse.. Nice and easy the other way.. Can you lube the lever/button or should i just replace it?? Thanks in advance

Check the linkages from the shift to transmission is all correct. As i had one that had the rod on the wrong side and it caused problems.

Sounds like a good place to start Ill do that tomorrow morn after night shift i think.. Ive only just got car so no idea of history..
