O2 sensor exact location?

G'day my engine warning light on the dash comes on after a couple of km. So I've checked the code and I got 44 which is O2 sensor lean.
can some one tell me exactly where the O2 sensor is located, I thought it would be on the exhaust near where they come out of the engine.

Ah ha got it thanks guys, I found it on the top of the exhaust about 10 cm in front of the cat converter. Yep it looks pretty rusty and cramped in that little spot.
