Vr berlina won't start

I just put a new BCM in and now car won't start at all
It will just turn over till the battery dies
I swapped the keypad over to suit BCM but it won't unlock the doors
And the security light does not flash
Please help

Check all the fuses under the bonnet and dash, make sure that you can hear the fuel pump priming up too.

Get under the back of the car and have a mate turn the key back and forth and listen for the pump.... or disconnect the fuel rail and turn the key and see if fuel flows out.

sounds like you may have to get your key recoded or use the ign and key from the same car as the bcm

i agree sounds like an key issue the key has to talk to the bcm in order for the car to start. the key code required is stored in the bcm. you say you swaped over the remote to suit the bcm but it sounds like that remote is dead. get a new remote coded and it should be fine.
