have you checked for error codes?

youve changed your extractors... did you damage the oxy sensors?

You have to test the o2 sensor on a graph or multimeter. If the job was installing extractors then thats all they will do.
The o2 sensor just screws in and the electrical connector just plugs in.
Might be a leak in the exhaust manifold/extractors they installed.
    Check for vacuum leaks
Check if the intake duct has no leaks.
    Check the maf sensor.

Look at the picture the vacuum lines are behind the inlet manifold and MAF sensor is obvious.

Well first of check for codes before you go any where.
bridge pins 5&6 on the diagnostic connector and see what you get.
There is a right up on this some where on the forum have a search.
Also you can use a multi meter to test the o2 sensor, but the best way to test it is on a graph.
I dont think the o2 sensor is your problem. Because the o2 sensor only works when its heated up to its operated temp.

check for good compression. Make sure all tour leads and injectors etc are plugged in securely. if all ok maybe a fuel flow test, but only if there are no inlet / exhaust leaks. inlet leaks can be found by spraying round with engine start while idling, if there is a leak the engine will pick up a little as it sucks some in.
