Thread: Removing Front and Back windows ?

    Default Removing Front and Back windows ?

    Anyone know how to do this on a vs? taking the plastic strip around the outside but seems like its glued underneath as well, any trick to pulling them out ?
    or am i going to have to smash it to remove it ?

    If your talking about the Rear door windows. The 1/4 window has to come out 1st. Lower the main glass, remover the guide rubber next to the top 1/4 window and there are 2 screws. remover the guide at the bottom and the whole 1/4 window will slide forward, tilt the top and remove the 1/4 window assy. then remove th the main glass.

    If you mean front and rear windscreens, once the trim is off you need to cut them out and glue them back in.
