hi
when you put gas in the tank and you hear a air leak in the valve on the middle of the filler neck where the bowser hose connects is that a major problem or is everything ok
There is a one way valve at the gas filler connection and a 2nd one way valve in the tank.
When you remove the gas filler nozzle, you are having the gas leaking out from the gas filler to the tank.
If this is happening, you should have it checked by a gas expert. Maybe a seal or spring requires replacing.
dont know it was on it
does the tank have to be tested to replace the filler connection

Not the sorta thing you wanna be unsure about, grab a mate whos got lpg and drag them down the servo and get them to have a listen. If they reckon its not right get a professional to have a squiz.
sounds like the filler valve seal is leaking maybe be due to dirt or grit in the seal or the seal is split , filler valve needs to be looked at or replaced , the only gas to escape will be the contents of the fill line , or maybe the filler itself is loose on its threads either way repair or replace the filler .
