VS Wagon replacement exhaust too loud

Hi Guys,

My Stock VS Exhaust was rusted as hell, so I got a bolt in replacement exhaust from a muffler shop, brand is Supercat.
and it's pretty loud, most Ecotec commodores like VS-VX I've heard with factory exhausts are whisper quiet, can't really
hear a roar or the engine note. With this exhaust it's pretty loud i have made sure there are no leaks.

The exhaust has 2 mufflers, center and rear, just wondering which ones I should get them replaced with to get a nice,
whisper like factory?

when you buy a non stock exhaust they are usually sport modified, which means a louder note. lol
if you want the quiet stock exhaust note then it's best to just get one from a wrecker, there are plenty of stock vs v6 exhausts out there and you can just mix and match parts till you get a decent exhaust.

Yeah nothing really sport about a 3.8L haha. Yeah I couldn't even get stock spring rates everything was 30% harder.
Problem is by now all the VS's mufflers are fallen apart internally not sure why they fall apart so quickly, welds on their way out etc so it's hard to find one that'll last
I guess I could get some components from a VY or something and get a muffler shop to install them?
