Removal of plate?

Sorry to make a few new posts but i do look before i post. On the dash of my vs up near the windscreen theres like 2 plates there the aircon comes out of and looks like the tweeters will fit under them. how do i get them off.

screws you will either find them under round plugs or in the vent slots ,its been a while so my memory aint that great but their there.
