cold air induction

hey all
was grabbin some bits from holden the other day and they had these cold air induction kits im wondering if they are worthwhile and any use on a car with unifilter?

cool air intake compliments a high flow filter nicely. cheap way out is main funnel and down pipe or for a flush fit you get the bottom box too.

aftermarket or stock? seemed that the holden ones were all designed to seal onto the airbox but my unifilter is open and pointing off to the side
