Vs transmission bt1
my transmission is slowly dying. most days i have no forth gear. it is a bt1 ex cop car.
the car seemed to have more pull from the tranny than any other vs i've owned.
when it comes to replacing it i dont want to lose that. what would be a good replacement?
is there anything special about the bt1 gearbox? would the current tranny be a standard 7HDD?

It will be 100% bog standard.....it's the only one they make. Have you tried a can of transmission treatment?....can sometimes work.

NEED 4 SPEED
How long since it was serviced ?? If it is a daily driver, you should be servicing it every 12 months.
