Fuel problem any suggestions???

When my fuel tank gets to a 1/4 full and i turn right all the fuel goes to the left and my car dies until i go straight again, i've been told that maybe the fuel gauge is out and it is actually empty, I pulled out the fuel pump when was at 1/4 and their was a good 20lt of fuel, have replaced the fuel pump and can't figure out what it could be??? any suggestions?????

fuel pickup hose to the swirl pot inside the tank may not be sitting in the correct location or a lazy fuel pump.
If you search the forum I think it is a common problem with engines loosing power whilst turning rh corners.

Swirl pot is not remaining full.

Try the wreckers for another tank.

I had this with my wagon, right after I changed the pump (I must have upset the return jet), and another tank fixed it.
