Been having random starting problems with my car, it just sometimes decides to not throw spark.. then the next minute she's all good...
I know its spark because I was removed a lead and was testing to see if it was sparking while a mate was turning it over and got nothing, then all of a sudden it fired up?
it can vary from 2 minutes to 20 minutes before it kicks over....
Is this a dodgy BCM or key maybe?
And is there a way to bypass it if so can anyone PM me how to do it...Its a VR V8
The factory immobilizer usually cuts injector and starter if i recall correctly, only way to by-pass is has the VATS deleted in the memcal.
i would be looking towards ignitor module mounted to inner guard. these will give this problem. they can sometimes be hard to get a hold of (new) and wreckers sell them pretty quick due to new ones being hard to come by
