Default vx box into a vs?

will a vx gearbox fit into a vs.

    is there major any differances?

only ask because i can get my hands on a replacement box today from a vx

if it cannot fit then i guess i'll have to wait.

I know the VT one will fit after you do a bit of bending with the exhaust - VT on have the separate bellhousing. Try a search on this forum as it has been covered. You could also ask a transmission place or a Holden wrecker.

vs vt and vx all have the ecotec so it should bolt up tho the electrical connection or even external dimensions may be different surely they (holden) have tried to improve on the vr/vs auto somewhere along the way
