Sounds like a CAS problem.
If its not even cranking over then I am pretty sure the problem will be before the CAS. If the battery is good and has plenty of charge then I would be looking into the starter motor and the wiring that runs to it.
It could also be the neutral safety switch, maybe with the handbrake on try to see if it will crank when it is in N or P.
also read on another forum i could need a new key? Anyway how do you change the cas ?

Does the immobiliser light go off when you turn ignition on?
If not, it's probably the key not making proper contact with the key reader -
I have what looks like 2 immobiliser lights one under the cd/mp3 player and one under the light switch

Wouldn't even look into the CAS until you get it cranking. Like mentioned above I would be looking into the starter motor and solenoid first, try and get underneath or from up the top with a hammer or long metal pole and give it a few good wacks while someone tries to turn the key.
If it's not a Symptom its not relevant, and if its not relevant I don't care!
It turns off when the key is in :/ only Way I can start it is by shorting out the starter Motor

If you can get it to run by shorting out the starter motor then the problem will be that the starter is not getting the voltage to the trigger (on the solenoid) to tell the starter motor to crank.
Check for any blown fuses as well as having a look at the relay that is under the bonnet START and EFI you can swap them with your headlight relay to see if it works
Just tried it no luckAnyone know a auto electrician in WA lol

probe the back of the ignition switch/plug/wires with a multimeter, see if you are getting power to the start trigger wire/terminal
put a new ignition switch in it still wont start :/

in front of the relay/fuse box in the engine bay, find the thick purple/violet wire and undo the plug (2 wires in the plug purple is start signal to solenoid, other is dash light for altenator form memory ignore that one)
test this for voltage when ign switch to the start position, if you're getting power to that then the problem is between that plug and the starter motor solenoid.....
if there's no power can you hear the start relay clicking?
