a guide to taking off and putting on exhaust manifold gasket

Hey guys

asking this for my dad as he can't use computers lol he is going to be replacing the exhaust manifold gasket on my mum's vr commodore and isn't really sure how to go about it,

and was wondering if there is any guide that we could print out for step by step instructions?

If its a v6 stock with cast iron manifolds it wont have any gaskets and if you think its leaking somewhere it might be the passenger one cracked right at the back where the rear cylinder joins in.
