Urgent !!!

I have just re-installed my door skins after customizing them and now my driver door wont lock or unlock. The vertical bar that should go up or down is locked in to place. I cant see an obvious problem.

Hoping someone has an idea.

update,

When I use the fob to lock/unlock I hear a small air noise but nothing moves. I unplugged the power cables from the actuator and tried them on another actuator I had lying around and I could hear and feel the actuator trying to move but it didnt.

What could it be?

ok, drama over. For some reason it worked when I used the key that sorted it.
