Lowering???

Ok so im about to drop my car its standard fe2 ATM and wondering what to drop to i have 19" rims replacing all shocks with ultima HD just wondering what would be a safe nice ride with out much scraping superlows?? or ultras?? which im thinking will be to low remembering is a 5L M that gets drivin every day to work ect

Probably best to go with superlow or even low if you want it more practical.
