    Default genuine platium spark plugs

hi all, i can get standard genuine spark plugs for my VS v6 for 16.90 for a pack of 6 or i can get platuim spark plugs for 7.90 a plug (genuine)

i did have bosch platium plus plugs and car seemd to have much better throttle response but then i was working in the engin bay and brock one so now i only have 5 (they were only in there a few days) i can get 1 of these plugs for 16 bucks from ebay as supercheap dont sell them individually

i no people say there crap etc but i noticed a difference

also i have a mace tune and pacemaker extractors and mace 25 mm plenum spacer should i go with a cooler plug?
any thorts on weather i should get the platium ones from holden?

The way i see it, it comes down to personal preference like the leads. If you want to spend the money why not?

Platinum plugs are not worth the money. Throw in standard ones much better. Can get a set of 6 for near on the price of one platinum plug.

Guys, I haven't changed my own spark plugs in years. Do they come pre gapped nowadays???

Stupid question I know, but as I said, it's been a while.

They are never gapped correctly. The gap is engine specific so buy the tool and match them.

Stock plugs for stock engine are fine.

If you push your motor hard alot, i would suggest going colder is more important than iridium.
