Strange Electrical Light/Brake Problem

hey guys

the other day i replaced my tailights and globes.

and soon after that whenever i pressed down on the brake pedal my dash lights/illumination lights and parkers turn on, and then back off when I release the pedal...

just wondering if anyone else has heard of this problem or would have any idea how to fix it?

Have you used a single filament globe instead of a dual filament?


This will cause current from the brake circuit to feed into the park circuit, turning on the dash lights and parkers.

either the above comment or your globes are not in properly i had this problem and the globes wernt in properly

cheers guys, replaced the globes and made sure theyre in properly, and problem solved
