quick help for getting out mast on arial

hi guys i have removed my electric antena and have a new replacement mast a rope but how do i get the old mast and cord out, do i just pull it all tight as i can cause it just wont go.

The new mast and aerial should have instructions on it..

Na doesn't have much info more from when u get it out, I have basically removed wheel, arch and dropped arial and unscrewed the thing at the base on arial but after that I have no idea how the thing comes out, I've pulled it, swore at it, notin,

Im pretty sure theres a 'nut' on it that hold the aerial in. Check the base of the aerial.
