    Default VS heater/cooler fan resistor

Just checking on Just Commodores tonight and thought I found the problem to my cars fan speed control.
Some brilliant person posted about a fan resistor located near the dash, I found it and BEHOLD it is a broken resistor!!!
Finally and answer to my problems, now I run the car back and forth to work so I can't get a new one till tommorrow possibly wednesday, wondering if there would be any repercussions if i ran the car without this resistor in it??
If it means no air con or heating i can handle, just dont want to do anymore damage!

    You will do no harm.

I need to replace mine, but I am leaving it there so I can still use the air con.

Have a look in the "how-to" section of this forum where there are excellent articles on this and many other subjects.
