The fuses are located under the steering wheel. To get the rear seat out push on the front wall of the seat (where your legs would be if you were sitting on it) push it in fairly firmly and the seat will pop out of the little hooks then just pull it up.

The rear seat is easy to get out. Check out the how to fix a water leak thread (How To Fix A VN-VS Boot Water Leak) and look at step 1.

As for the fuse box, it is located under the steering column, there are three plastic clips that you can turn with flat head screwdriver and they pop out. the whole panel then hinges down and gives you access to the fuse box.

The rear seat is NOT easy to get out - unless you are built like a wrestler with weight to match !!! The best way is to push your hand down into the space between the back of the seat and the cushion on the side nearest the window, and pull the cushion upwards until it is in the air away from the back of the seat. Do this on both sides. Then with your knees push down and backwards on the front of the cushion on each side until the you push it off the retaining clips.
