Looks like a K&N rip off. On a standard car you wouldn't notice any difference but it's cheap enough to take a risk and see how you go?

I wouldn't both either with this or a K&N - they have been proven to flow worse than the factory paper filter - just Google it to see independant tests for yourself.

I wouldn't risk it. A failed air filter could lead to some serious damage. They look really poorly made from the picture, the rubber edges cover up more the the filter that other brands, and I doubt whether they have been properly tested.
If you want cheap, buy a good quality branded paper filter. If you want a small but noticable improvement in performance, buy a K&N.
Performance gains from a panel filter are small and depend on what else has been done to the car.
