hey guys
would i be able to put a adjustable panhard rod on my vs by jacking it up?
or would i need to take it to a mechanic and lift the whole thing up
Yes you can do it your self by jacking it up and putting it on safety stands. With mine, once I fitted the adjustable pan hard rod, I put the rear of the car on ramps and adjusted it until the measurements on both sides were the same.

Yeah mate can easily get it on with using a jack at home, and use jack stands if you have them.
Thanks for the help guys!
You don't need to jack it at all for a panhard change.
Just park on level ground and unbolt it.
If you think about it's function, to prevent lataeral diff movement, you will see it doesn't hold the back end up in any way.
